Yeah, I probably can get away without it, but I would rather never have an issue with inspections.... and that annoying smell when running catless will be gone...

    Latest progress:

I started the car up, drove it out of the garage and backed it into the street yesterday right after work. Then the low oil pressure warning came on and I drove it back into the driveway and parked it. I took the connector off the pressure switch and I have continuity to the connector, so I am going to replace the switch and install and oil pressure gauge today to verify oil pressure. I never touched the oil pump so I didn't think I would have any issues with oil pressure, but now I just want to make sure

    Finally, out of the garage:

Did you check the oil level?
My first build I had that problem and I accidentally added a quart to much or it just takes a bit for the ecu to read everything again.

Oil level is perfect. I have only ran the motor for about 5-10min total so far. I would think the ecu would be good by now. I am going to reset my CELs (IAT sensor and coolant level) and install a new oil switch after work and see if the warning comes back. If that fixes it... time for a ride

I can take some after work

Just venting to atmosphere currently, hopefully I can get that taken care of soon. I plan to stay out of boost for a little bit so I got a little time.

So I got my Zeitronix pressure sensor ordered so I can display oil pressure on my gauge. I also plan to install my PPD this weekend so I can get some logs to JFonz shortly.... I am one of the lucky customers of Jfonz to win a free PPD

In case you haven't seen the cool features of STE's PPD, here they are:

    - Display Boost, AFR, and other performance data in the cluster driver information display LCD
    - Built in MAP sensor capable of reading up to 44 PSI!
    - Peak Boost Recall: Boost & RPM.
    - AFR run replay - Provides a quick snapshot of your AFR data & RPM from your most recent WOT pass.
    - Plug and Play Installation: Each unit comes with built in factory connectors and hand built harnesses for a "Plug and Play' Installation
    - (2x) Auxiliary 5v sensor inputs: Can be adapted to display data from various aftermarket sensors such as wideband O2, oil temp, fuel pressure, water/meth flow, etc.
    - Automatic Data Logging! - PPD creates a time stamped log with the following data elements every time the driver goes wide open throttle (WOT). The logs can be retrieved at a later date using your computer.
    - TPS, RPM, Speed, AFR*, N75 Duty Cyle* Note: Optional external feeds required.
    - Programmable Audible Alerts- RPM limit, over boost, etc.
    - Performance run monitor: 0-60, F.A.T.S, etc
    - Extended capabilities through external add on modules. The following optional add-on module will be available at product launch:
    - Plug and Play Micro Shift Warning LED
    - Plug and Play integrated N75 electronic boost control provides the following features:
    - Complete control over the OEM N75 valve.
    - 3 driver definable boost maps (low boost, mid boost, HIGH BOOST)
    - Instantly change boost map via menu control stalk (I love this feature!)
    - RPM Compensation: Eliminates boost tapering (drop off) at high engine RPM)
    - Gear-based Mapping: Adjust your boost based on gear (will be added later via firmware update)
    - Factory connectors are provided to facilitate plug and play installation and is designed to KEEP THE ECU HAPPY! (No check engine light related to disconnecting the N75).
    - The addition of external modules and upcoming firmware updates will continue to expand the device's capabilities.

Fogs fitting is dependent on how you route your intercooler piping and where you position your intercooler. I test fit the fogs on mine and they fit with a 45 degree right off the intercooler core, but the way my coworker welded his piping, they do not fit.

If you plan it from the start it shouldn't be a problem, and worst case just dimple the pipe for the corner of the lamp.

I got some vidoes from my drive this morning but I forgot my camera cord, so I will upload the videos later today...

Here are my fault codes from the drive, I wonder if I plugged my O2s in the wrong plugs?

Auston. the car drives really well! I am very happy with my base tune. My car will stall when I push the clutch in though. I believe it's due to my primary O2's being screwed up and possibly my LWFL. The Fidanza LWFW/Southbend 6 puck clutch setup drives great as well!!! I have not experienced any noticeable chatter and engagement is not bad at all!

My setup with the LWFW used to stall alot too. We had to tweak the file a little bit. I agree, it doesnt drive bad at all.

Definitely get that O2 sensor thing figured out, that will affect things a lot for obvious reasons. The fact that both are getting no activity should make it easier to figure out, perhaps you plugged them into the secondarys?

I unplugged the O2 senors and plugged them back in. Cleared the CEL and I have gone for 2 short drives now and the fault code for the O2's has not come back. So I think I'm good now.

I don't think you can plug them into the secondary sensors can you? They have a square in the corner... plus the colors should give it away haha ;-)

Those codes take 3 starts to show up... see if they come back soon :-)

You need to fire up Vagcom and check the voltages for the sensors... see if they are getting any input.
I believe the actual codes you have are to do with the warm up period of the sensors not being what the ecu is expecting...
I actually get the same code on my simulated narrowband even though they are working perfectly... I believe it's the warmup period and / or resistance.

Let me know if your sensors are bad, I kept my stock sensors I can mail them to you...

Haha hey they normally colour code the ones that "can" be plugged in wrong... that's probably the only one that isn't.
I didn't even realize they were the same to be honest!
