Also can someone tell me if this coolant hose that goes to the coolant fill tank is suppose to get a oring on the bottom hose (when the coolant hose is properly installed). All the other female hoses have a gland on the inside that holds an oring, but this one does not, so how does this thing seal????
I'm not sure on that hose I'll see if my junk motor has one of those hoses on it still...

As for your turbo don't worry t will spool just fine if it's anything like my S256 ;-)
And I was just addressing Meow because he said "Also, I hope you got a ball bearing turbo not a journal bearing :)" that's all ;-)

To much connections to the same line , I would keep valve cover ventilations separate from carter .

There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

    Looks good.

I see you did the old valve cover flip... should make things easier.

And the pcv setup will probably be fine... but if your catch can has multiple inputs then I'd make use of them and run things on their own lines... but it'll be fine ;-)

You will be fine, other than the 20 lbs in hose clamps of course! lol, interesting flip of the valve covers, it would have been simpler routing the breather hoses if you had not filped them but im sure you have your reasons. Intercooler Pipe clearance?

Looks great! Every thought about rerouting all that wiring under the intake manifold. I realize it be a pain to do but in the end may make for a cleaner install. Are you not recirculating the blow off valve? If not, how are you getting away with that?

BOV is getting recirculated. There is no room under the intake manifold.... and if there was, there is no way to fit the harness in between the stock intake runners. Don't forget there is a flange on mating surface of the intake manifold to the heads...

Also, who knows what the two connectors are for (what is each sensor for?) that go down to the trans, 1 by each axle?

    Looking from front of car:

Left side (Passenger) is Back Up Switch
Right Side (Drivers) is Vehicle Speed Sensor

OF course then you have the Engine Speed Sensor on the bellhousing too.

Go Blow Through like me then you can dump :-P hehe

As for the wiring harness mine is tucked under the intake manifold in the back... It hugs over the top rear of the drivers valve cover then goes under the intake in the rear then comes out behind the passenger side head.
But in doing this my VSS wire was too short by an inch so I extended it a little.

Looks like you have your turbo sitting more forward than absolutely necessary, making fitment of the fuel rail a bit more difficult. Remember you can position the turbo fore and aft between the manifold and the false firewall by tightening the top and bottom nuts on the exhaust manifold to merge pipe junction.

Did you see the picture the shows the uppipe flange at about 7mm away from the secondary firewall. The spacing is as good as it going to get. Everything seems to fit fine though.

I do need a 3" - 2.5" 90degree reducer coupler to go from my TB my 2.5" ic piping. Hopefully I pick that up locally.

    You'll probably end up with a 3" 90 and then a 3 to 2.5...
Just make sure you only get 4 ply silicone... the parts stores don't tend to carry multi ply couplers... and they just blow apart.

Because I wanted to keep it far away from the up pipe. But apparently I could have just left it in its stock location and just bent it slightly....

gotcha. yea I'm gonna need to do the same cause mine is sitting too close to the up pipe for my liking. I'll try to just heat it and bend it.

I wouldn't heat it unless you have cleaned all the oil out from the inside. You don't want to cook that oil and have it sludge and ruin your PS pump. I'm sure you can gently bend it without heating it.

I have finished the wiring harness. I have also verified oil at the turbo feed line (no turbo hooked up yet).

    Also got this yesterday:

Today I will install turbo, downpipes, intake, front bumper support..... and fire her up. Check back this afternoon for a video......
