2013 - Coolant system failure warning

Added Edit to the first post as well for future people if they have the issue.

EDIT 12/27/2012: Dealer said that Audi Technical services determined that the control module (brains) of the water pump are reporting the error but mechanically the pump is working fine. They said that 3-5 other 2013's have had this issue and Audi has changed something with the control portion of the pump design. Since it's a new pump it has to be shipped from Germany. Just bad timing with holidays in there. I might get my car back end of next week.

Whaaaaat??? Our water pumps have brains? Did the 2013's go to an electric pump?

2010-2012 have a simple belt-driven pump that, AFAIK, does not have any sort of control module.
