But was rear ended (and picked up a stasis exhaust) and went with the full s-line upgrade so i will no longer need this. Looking back i paid:

Sounds like DHL Global bulk shipment: DHL 'accumulates' shipments to US at Frankfurt Airport distribution center, when container is full, they airfreight to US, then hand off to to a US shipper - can't track until then, if then until arrives at destination.
Had this experience 2 months ago with a steering wheel from eBay.de - DHL Global tracking had it sitting at Frankfurt for 2+ weeks, then suddenly arrived on my doorstep via USPS, without any DHL tracking updates until after it arrived.

Keep in mind, any shipping from Europe to US (other than GB Global Mail within GB) is outrageously costly, DHL Global bulk is only way to keep costs reasonable.

I'm not sure yet but I'm way out in the east IE otherwise I think a group deal would be an awesome idea. A few guys here were talking about using SEM automotive paint and DIYing it too.

That is definitely a good option. Matte black with platinum insert? I'm thinking of semi-gloss black with platinum insert. tgofsweden's gloss black valence above looks great but I would be concerned about how it would hold up. Some think that it should be OEM colors with platinum/black insert so there's that option too. The only color scheme I would absolutely rule out is body color.

Gloss black just has never made sense to me on a valance. It should provide a subtle contrast to the body color. I don't know...Just not feeling any "shine" on the valance.

I'm with you. I like the way the photos appear but my concern is more the durability of gloss on a valance that might take a bit of road abuse.

I went ahead and ordered the Votex rear valance with ALU blade. I'll be painting the lower part of the valance matte black to match my side blades....Should tie it all together for me.

Just a suggestion - matte Black valence with Meteor/Monsoon (LX7R)/Graphite (LM7W) Grey mesh insert satin or matte.
Saving the money by not painting - valence is a very 'visible' part of the back end, could be worth the price to get the look you want by painting.
