Got a new (reman) block from Audi! When should I change the oil? 3000 km?

Looks like someone in Hungary forgot to torque the bolts on the valley cover. Started leaking oil after 17 months, removed intake manifold to find bolts loose. Had to order the special stretch bolts since they are not supposed to be re-used, so the job took 3 days.
