So I did change the right bit of code, maybe the climatronics coding needs changed? Could I ask a big favour, could you post up your clumatronic coding and what your car has climate control wise?

I'll get you the details later today but the coding of my climate control didn't change when I swapped from my original 09 (2G) climate module to the newer module.
