Rubbing in the rear need advice

I'm running a 20mm rear spacer and 10mm front spacer with KW V3's and sways. Car still has stock 19's with 255/35 19 all around. Car has now been corner weighted and wheel aligned and still getting some rubbing in the rear over dips in the road and big bumps. I know 20mm in rear with this size tire is a bit aggressive. I don't want to go with a narrower tire width. Thinking of changing setup to 10mm in the rear and 5mm up front. Shop where it was corner weighted and aligned said that with the 20mm rear spacer we lose some camber. With 10mm rear we should be ok. Is this the right move if I don't want to change tires and wheels at the moment? Please help.

Depends how much you're rubbing, you can always go with a 15mm spacer if it's just a little rub.

    only the fronts.

my advice is keep wearing it away if it's just the liner or trim it down.. worked on my S5 :D i'm currently running a 10mm in the rear and rub on big dips, but it's just the liner, so i don't mind. i'm running -2 camber also.

Huh? How exactly does a spacer affect camber? Unless they meant that you would need more negative camber to clear the tire under the fender as you've pushed it out, but I don't see how the camber would be different between having and not having a 20mm spacer.

But like others have said, 20mm is aggresive and can either go smaller and/or cut out the fender liner if that is what you are rubbing on and not on steel.

You hit it on the nose. It's pushed out too far to negative camber it.

It definitely is fender rubbing. Aside from the rubbing the car is dialed in bigtime. I was just driving into city and hitting turns at about 120 MPH and the car was flat and planted. I wonder if going with 10mm in rear and 5mm upfront will make it handle better/worse or same. I hope same or better.

do you track the car? do you really think your driving skills are so pinpointed that you will actually notice the car handling same, better or worse with a 5 or 10mm spacer change? i'm continually surprised by people that run outrageous offsets and then either surprised/annoyed/disappointed that the tires rub. so your running et23 on a 8.5. I'm running 9.5 et 42 and I think they are perfect, any more would be poking, and your setup is 6mm more than mine. i think you should do 15mm spacers at most in the rear (or 10 rear, 5 front as you mention) and call it a day. If you insist on keeping the agressive spacers, what about having your rear fenders rolled?

I tried 20, 15 and 10 spacers on stock suspension and they all rubbed. I cringed every time it happened, hearing a 60K car sound like a ghetto cruiser, so I took them off and sold them. My mod guy was going to roll the fenders but said it wouldn't help as there is not enough of a lip to roll so he told me not to do it.

I track all my cars and am very in tune with what the car is doing. I agree I went to aggressive. Going to try the 10mm rear and 5mm front set up and see what happens. Haven't rolled fenders yet.

Thx for all advice. I fixed the rubbing issue. Changed spacers to 10mm in rear and 5mm front and rubbing is gone. Going to autocross car tomorrow and will see how dialed in she really is.
