Car sounds real healthy and seams to pull smoothly! What size intercooler core are you running? Maybe you're heat soaking a bit which might be why sometimes it feels slower than others.

    Keep up the good work!

    Thanks man!
It has some ECS parts lol

Here's a log plot from this morning as I was almost at work..
The Intercooler is a Treadstone 1035. It's 10" high and 3.5" thick... But... I don't have all of it exposed yet on the bumper. I have to pull the bumper and remove another 3" or so at the top... so there's a lot more cooling left in it.
This plot shows Power vs IAT vs AFR from the Wideband.

The car is a LOT of fun... 2nd gear is scary and 1st and 2nd the car often thinks its RWD lol.

    Nice!

Intake temps seam a little high towards the top end but nothing to be too worried about. Was that on meth? Although you are probably just about at the max efficiency of that core. I wouldn't be surprised to see a nice gain from going with one slightly bigger later on - especially on spray. Back when I was big into EVO's most guys making over 600+ whp were running a core that was about 22-24in long X 12-13in X 3.5-4in thick - was good for 900hp.

Definitely let the one you have get as much moving air to it as possible.

    With Meth.
Intake tract is exposed to underhood temps though too still, that isn't finished yet lol.
Plus the core is 1/3 still blocked...

LMAO and both cars run the same FATS time haha

But... shifting at 8200 RPM this morning from 3rd to 4th dropped me down right at about 6300RPM in 4th... right in the peak power range... it's quite nice lol.
Full boost is hit again by 6500 or 6600 rpm judging by the logs.

You'll find it runs out of steam.
The 58mm comp side just won't move enough air to get much over 550 peak HP and certainly won't move enough air to make that much power at 7500 in my opinion...
    But good luck.

If you want power till redline and not just around town... then the 5858 is too small.

you really think it's the turbo and not the stock heads/IM/small hotside? Anyone have any other dyno's with 5858 to compare?

Probably wont have it together until late summer/early fall right now getting engine sorted for assembly. Gettting stock pistons(skirts and tops), piston rings, main and rod bearings all coated. I'll be dropping off block and rotating assembly for balancing, honing and headwork. All the listed before will be done in June.

Sure I think everything else is restrictive too... but the turbo can only flow what it flows...
I just don't feel the 5858 can move enough air to make over 500 to 550HP

And other video showing the gauges.
    My fuel trims are 0.
I spend a lot of time dialing in part throttle not just WOT.
The best way I can describe part throttle is like it cam from the factory that way lol.

you might be right.......maybe a 6262 is in order........hopefully I can see a 5858 with a larger hotside dyno to confirm some things before I finally decide.
