2.9 FATS on break in tune.. not bad.

Turbo is deff laggier than my last one... quite a lot so, but then it's a lot bigger.
Can feel the difference up at high rpm though. no power drop off.

On first fire up after reaching operating full temp there was a dripping from behind the engine...
It hasn't dripped since but there is a whisp of what smells like coolant from back there...
I think I might have cracked the one heater hose take off elbow I have in place... but it requires pulling the up pipe to properly fix it. So I was waiting for the extra wastegate spring to arrive to do that all at the same time...
That came today so I should probably check it out tonight...

They are optional upgrades you can get... I basically maxed everything lol.
Turned a $400 system into a $600 and some change system.

Just seemed to be the best value for money as far as the features I wanted go.

Start adding the options like metal line and bigger tank to the Aquamist once and see how expensive it gets lol.

Looks like the "tiny" turbo combined with 0.82 A/R exhaust side hits 20psi at about 4500rpm, and 25psi at abut 4750.
Once she spools it comes on quick...
Deff going to need the nitrous for low rpm boost lol.

I'll put up some logs later, but none of the cars I've tuned carry power up to red line like this one does... I really feel it's the head flow plus the exhaust side A/R. Mainly the exhaust side not choking the engine up high.

You know whats kinda funny... Sure you'll see a Devil's own/old VAST kit thread about fittings leaking here and there, but you see FAR more threads about Aquamist problems. Pumps, failsafes, this that and the other thing. My 3.5 year old meth kit still doesn't miss a beat, and with AN fittings like britishturbo got, it's a pretty damn good setup for the $.

I'm sure you did because it's you (compliment, lol), but did you measure the lines and all that jazz? The braided lines they send you don't like to be bent much at all, so mine is a little funky in my engine may but it turned out okay.

I had the same issue on my startup but it went away after reaching operating temp a couple times and hasn't come back. G12 is supposedly self sealing but I'm wondering if I possibly unseated an oring somewhere and, after a flush, the system just needed pressure and heat to seal back up. I have no idea though but it does bug me that the issue resolved itself.

I put some extra force on the connector as well lol.
I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if I want to pull it or not.

Had a crazy night working on the S4.
Changing the injectors turned into removing the intake manifold... don't ask.
While I was there I changed the wastegate spring.

In dialing in the new injectors I hit some 2.7 fats times lol. Shit sure is crazy.

Still on straight 93... no meth yet, running super rich... did a 2.64 Fats lol, followed by a 2.75 with throttle cut...
This thing is going to fly.

Haven't tried it through the gears yet, I will tonight
And right now I'm revving to 7800, I'm going to raise limiter to 8500.
For some reason that graph wouldn't plot with the rpms going to redline and I had to trim it haha.
It does not slow down at 7500 at all, wants to keep pulling, I hit the limiter a few times before shifting lol.

I might actually have a 3-4 shift I'll look.
