Center Cap question

Hello all,

I am wondering if it is possible to run center caps on the circled area below.

Borrowed this picture, these aren't my actual wheels.



I'd like to do this because my stock covers are trashed and I actually like the look of the wheel without the huge cover on it, but would like to cover up the center bore of the wheel with a cap.

All input is appreciated!

Has anyone done this or know if it's possible? Just want confirmation that I can put a center cap there really and the diameter needed.
