Wrapped my grill, your thoughts?

Wrapped the trim and emblem in matte grey, center piece in gloss black. I think it came out great.

lol but seriously this post is useless without pics. sounds weird thinking of it in matte gray but depends on your car color, but yea without pics cant really give an opinion.

You can't source your pics from another forum like that. You'll need to use a image host site, i.e. photobucket or flicker

i tried wrapping the rings in 3M di-noc and it wouldn't work since it was too hard. what kind of vinyl did you use?

3m car wrap, i doubt the carbon would work. it doesn't hold as well...

you mean the 3M scotchprint 1080? the wrapping looks good. i want to try it. i gave up cuz the di-noc was too hard, but if its doable with 1080, then i want to try again.

ok i see the pics now. that looks good, i like how it keeps the dark theme but the gray has a nice slight contrast with the black. but i think the rings look best in chrome though, you want that to stand out since its like the central emblem, and it just gets lost in the gray there imo. if thats what you were going for then i understand, just personally i like keeping the rings chrome.

i thought OP just wrapped the trim and the plate bar? the rest looks like the default stone gray, cuz i agree all the rest of that would be such a bitch to wrap lol

I think the grey pieces look great however the gloss black center takes away from the shape of the grill and looks odd IMO. Nice work though and props for trying something different.
