    That was a case of learning the hard way. I was less specific when I first was measuring the cores, then I decided to calculate fin density. At that point many of the early ICs had been returned to their owners and I didn't have the numbers I needed for good accuracy. Now I try and play it safe by being more precise, even where it may not be necessary.
    I was getting at 6/8" and 3/4 is the same thing.

    I wonder if this will be as effective as fin count and spacing. I always enjoy and always go back to reading your posts and comments, not to mention the tuning sections. have learned a lot thanks to you Jeff. Specially the NM tuning. Loos like for the money and space the WDR Tr11 is a solid winner for all around driving and weekend fun.

    The WDR core (Bell) looks to use a split fin design.

    Stock -> APR Stg1/2 -> GIAC Stg2 -> K04 -> 605 -> F4H -> K03 -> K04 -> F21MF -> TTE550 -> K04 -> TC Stg1 -> BW RS6 & TiAL 605 & FT F21v3 (On deck)
