Window Trim Crack - Looking for Recommendations

Hi guys, today I noticed this.



It also looks like some of the black "sealant is missing from that part (may have cracked and fell off or something). Is there any secret bonding thing for something like this that I can use that I don't know about or is my only option if I want it fixed to have the entire trim replaced?

Mine looks exactly the same on either side so this must be by design.

yea this is normal, mine is like that as well. its because its 2 pieces joined together like that but not one seamless piece.

Haha bummer, thinking its a crack neither of those is my first reaction. Although I do agree I should've looked on the other side.
