I just had a set of Bilstein Pss9 installed on my B5 S4 avant. I had the shop set the dampening settings to 9 which is supposed to be the softest. The initial ride quality was back breaking stiff. I took a few photos of what the left and right passenger set up looks like. Perhaps someone can verify my setup a being correct?
After taking a look, I cranked all the dials to be the exact opposite position(thinking it would be track quality) and noticed the ride quality was much softer(almost like a cadillac). The dials were set with 9 at the 12 o'clock and 1 at the 6 o'clock.
Thoughts?
