    Obviously the camera car had $100 bills taped to gold bars strapped to the roof. They jammed on the brake when they realized that, the chevy guys just wanted to grab a few.

    My guess is they try to "almost" cause an accident and if you stop they will take your car or even carjack you along with it. Probably a remote stretch of highway in russia where polica presence is rare. Very common down there unfortunately....

    I was driving outside of St. Petersburg about 8 years ago in a nice Opel and some "wannabe cops" tried to pull us over, but luckily my uncle who was with me knew better and we just gunned it out of there. Was kinda fun actually ;)
