I was looking around for a good Audi Forum to join and this seemed to be the most active and organized. Recently in the process of buying a used 2011 Audi S4 from a private seller, been looking for about two months. The guy had it for sale for 49,900 and got him to sell it for 47,000. There is 9650 miles on the car and all service records and carfax checked out. That sounded like a great deal so I jumped on it and immediately took it for a test drive that weekend, what do you guys think?

The car also come with Audi Care and warranty up until June 2015. Pretty excited, always wanted a white German car and an Audi nonetheless.

Did you buy it?? Personally, if I was spending that much on a used car (which I never buy anymore too many bad experiences in the past with used cars especially performance cars that people typically beat the piss out of and pass along to the next schmuck ) I would be ordering a new 2013! Unless you don't like the facelifted version B8.5

An Ibis White 2013 S4 with the same options that car has an invoice price (including destination) of $50,093 (P+ S-tronic w/ NAV + B&O). $500 over invoice pricing should be feasible. Obviously it's up to you, but I think a new car is worth an extra ~$3500.

No, but the used one you're looking at doesn't have full ADS either.

Edit: After looking at the pictures closer it appears to have the sports diff, so the invoice price for a new one would be $51,256. So it's more like $4750 cheaper than a new one.

Hmmmm... It has Audi drive select(ie buttons for comfort, dynamic, etc.). Is that not the same?

No, it will have ADS lite with sports diff. You will still have the buttons for the throttle response, rear diff setting, and steering without the options on the suspension.

It's not a Prestige so it can't have full ADS. A Premium Plus S4 with those controls = Sports Differential ("ADS lite"). Taint Fair explained what it does / is.

I don't know if it's too late, but that price is way too high. That car is AUTO/B&O/NAVDIFF. He probably bought the car (2011 after the 2012's were out) for about 49ish. Now selling for $47? Private party that car is worth about 43-44. There are a lot of used S4's around so cal.

Thanks! There were very limited selection. That had less than 25000 miles which was my criteria. It Also comes with Audi care. Plus I was absolutely trying to get me a white one. The car only has 9500 miles which gives me a lot of piece of mind for a car I want to keep. But I really appreciate your concern. Thanks!
