C5 Quad Xenon with mini D2S projectors

I wanted more light output and found a good price on mini D2S bi-xenon projector so I did it.

TSX-R lens swap(thanks to "Gumby" for previous work and helpful info) in low beam and simply mini projectors in high beam place(...and clear side and chromed bulbs)
Fogs are wired to work as DRL with 7W CREE LED bulbs.(with regular 5-pin relay, off when mini projectors are on)

Mini projectors are triggered by either fog or high beam signal and high beam signal also operates flicker in the projectors.(using relay from Wolsten tech. Very reliable company with great customer service!)
And fuse box-mod for fogs and I wasn't worried of burning fuse or any other issue since power from fog are used only to trigger the relay so not drawing much power.

Morimoto Elite HID System are used for xenon kit(retrofitsource.com), 5000K 55W in low and 3000K 35W in high(currently 4300K OEM since one of the bulb were faulty).
It was two day project only because had to wait for sealant to dry.

Heat gun & Dremel made everything easy. Heat gun worked a lot easier, faster, and cleaner than cooking the whole housing in an oven.

Aligning was a piece of cake since there are already low beams to refer. place the projectors roughly but close to parallel, mark, drill and sand(with some extra to play around).
The housing seats flat so made everything so easy (and there are reference marks on the top if needed).
With both lights on, only minimal adjustment was needed. only had to make sure mini projectors aim parallel and same height with OEM low projectors.

(You can actually see bolts and stuff of the projectors because the projectors does not seat deep inside the housing and bigger shrouds might cover them, but that's what I had and it doesn't bother me, so I went ahead.)

    working progress...

    top side.

    and the bottom.

knobs holding the H9 bulb bracket had to be cut and trimmed, then cut a whole for mini projectors to sit in.

    almost done.

Will update how it looks on the AR later today.
