That hurts man! but I totally agree with you. It does look best with top down!!!

Here is what I would do in order:

clear bra
full paint seal using gtechniq C1+ and C1.5
vagcom voice command (this is disabled for cabrios)
ecodes
black ops grill (depending on the color of your car)
Eurogear carbon fiber splitter and valence (again depending on color of car)
SPC Adjustable Upper Control Arms to get your camber back in spec after you lower the car.
