A little update,

First after helping some other members I thought if post up a pic that distinguishes the size difference between a Snow performance nozzle shown in the left, and a Devils Own nozzle on the right:

(Notice the size difference, also the stamping that is barely visible because I fucked up the threads)

Some typical SP nozzles clearly stamped:

Snow performance nozzles are issued with the BMP kits, each nozzle is labeled with a number designation:
Snow uses a simple number or color combo: "1" "2".. And so on through "6" or
#1-Yellow-60 ml/min
#2-Black-100 ml/min
#3-Green-175 ml/min
#4-Purple-225 ml/min
#5-Red-375 ml/min
#6-Blue-625 ml/min
NOTE: that these ratings are for the snow Performace pump, different nozzles will flow more or less depending on pump pressure respectively
I believe these ratings are for the 150+ psi pump, though my SP Stagge 2 pump was the 220psi, and the BMP pump is 200psi..

In this PDF. There's also a handy nozzle selection chart, for most you may want to stay below a #2 nozzle...

250 - 350 RWHP:175 ml/min nozzle.
350 - 475 RWHP:375 ml/min nozzle
475 - 600 RWHP:625 ml/min nozzle

The Devils Own nozzles are marked "DO" 1-10:

They really dumb down the selection with this handy calculator:
http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/nozzle-selector.php

Overall I am much more satisfied with the DO nozzles, but wish I had kept the SP stage two pump.
The great part is because the nozzle is independent of the system, you can plug and play, miss and match whichever you feel most comfortable with!

Today I sat down and went back to the drawing board with the BMP fuel pump control:
The next few months offer me an opportunity to dig back into the Eurodyne software and possibly tweak my fueling system, and find out what I can do with my DW300.

But more importantly I decided on a fuel cell, it will shift overall body weight a bit further back, and clear up possibly a hundred or more pounds of dead weight.
I tidied up my fuel cell ground strap:

And went back over my wiring from the BMP to the rear seat:
(Oops deleted those pics :/ )

Anyways, along with a Fuel cell install. To further improve things, I will be installing one of my Battery Relocation kits onto my own car :)
The silly thing is that even though these are on my site and I sell them, I couldn't afford to install one for myself lol:

Oh well, soon I will have a setup that looks much like Doctors, but able to control independtly via the Eurodyne software :)

Cheers,
Shane Drake

After reading this, I probably need this

- you will need to weld in a nozzle bung, or if you choose to do direct manifold injection, placing the nozzle(s) after the throttle body, you will need to buy and install a solenoid to prevent W/M syphoning.

I have it, but I was kinda confused how to hook up the BMP, so I left it alone since I have Maestro. Also, I hooked up the w/m nozzle into IE Boost cap, since the threads matched up perfectly, and I thought it would be an easy way and best place to put the nozzle on. However, I was wrong... I was getting blinking engine check light, crazy missfires on top of that the car was idling rough. I have decided to change the nozzle location to about 10 inches before the TB and have ordered a mount before I have left for training. You guys think that its gonna solve the problem?

Got mine a few weeks ago. I have a b5 s4, but found that this thread is th most helpful.

I do have a few problems myself. I can't get ,my box to talk to my computer, then the BMP says " interface not found, now closing" and shuts down BMP. Think it my be the windows 7 issue.

I'm not sure on this n75 thing if I just cut the connector from the harness and replace it with my two wires do the bmp. Then I'm not sure how to keep the ecu happy.

Only thing left for me is to mount the pump, possibly purchase a reservoir depending on where I locate the system. At first I wanted to relocate the battery to the trunk, and place a reservoir and the pump,in it's place. Option two is to set everything up in the trunk. I really hate my engine bay being cluttered, so anything I can get out of it the better for me.

Can I hook my zeitronix ZT-2 into the gener purpose input?

I also think I'm gunna upgrade everything to a -4 AN line to get a better looking install.

Hey man,
Glad this thread helped!
As for the N75 as you can see I plugged that old N80 into the Ecu side. It's close enough to an N75 and has the same connector so it makes the Ecu happy
I know someone who can fab you up a sweet relocation kit for your S4
I just got mine a few months back and it's fantastic.
He uses my site to advertise, I don't make
Money off of his kits. Drakes-Performance.com under the battery relocation kit section.

I think updating to the new windows may solve your problems.
Good luck!

just fyi, typo on that page, shane. says you'll `putt` together a custom kit.

also, audizine has a bug or something so that link does not actually take you to the product. here's the link for the battery relocation kit:

Boost Manager Plus & Water/Meth (Wiring Walk Through)

Haha when you said I need new windows I was like "what's wrong with my windows. Is it because their tinted?....ahhh windows as in Microsoft haha. ". Guess I should t check my phone in traffic right after I woke up. But yeah that sucks. I have a little net book with windows, but the thing is slow as hell and prefer my Mac book pro

Just went to the pick-n-pull by me and grabbed myself a N-75 with plug to wire into the factory harness. Mine is brand new so ill keep that on the BMP.

I also picked up a very solid apr bi-pipe and diverter valve off a wrecked s4. Just pissed there was only one. It's a name brand too. Anyways I'm happy about the bi pipe because it will make things easy to tap for my nozzles.

I was actually going to check your site out before for the wiring kit. I technically already have all the parts and wires to run everything however but I could probably just return all of it to advance auto parts. They actually had good pricing on 2 ga wire.

I think for now though I'm going to put the pump in the trunk, but I did however grab the washer tank from that car today so I can tap and build everything without taking the car apart and not having a washer bottle. I buy extra parts all the time because I know me and my laziness and hate driving around with my car apart. Does anyone have a trunk set up I could see possibly?

How are you guys doing the fuel pump wiring. I'm gunna start with pass through to start since I don't know how to build the fuel map really. I feel like my tune would be better than if I did it myself unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Boost Manager Plus & Water/Meth (Wiring Walk Through)

Well RAI sent me the dual nozzle kit from snow I believe.

I gotta say im kinda un happy about with the way this product was packaged and sent to me. It took like 2 weeks to come. Then eurodyne only sent one nozzle to me and rai didnt send me my pump bracket that came free. RAI did the right thing though and got them out to me promptly. I just feel like the kit wasnt very complete and put alot of emphasis on the software instead of getting all the nice fittings, check valve, reservoir etc. its not a huge deal, but some of the info should have been up front from the company. Sorry just my rant, but im excited to just see this thing run. Have alot to learn about these boost maps etc bc i have no idea what im looking at.

I was stationed out of Bragg, pope afb for you, or what use to be pope. I was also down at benning for basic and airborne school. Not sure where in GA you are though. Thanks for your service as well!!!!

Boost Manager Plus & Water/Meth (Wiring Walk Through)

Oh and where would i hook my wide band in, and what can the boost manager do with the signal? Is it for fail safe? I noticed in the software under GPO2 that you can set it up for the wide band.

My nightmare right now is that im wiring in a zeitronix ZT-2, a STE PPD, and this boost manager plus! Alot going on. Everything is wired for me excelt the fuel pump, meth pump, and meth res. still deciding on trunk or under hood, and if under hood remove the battery, or put it where the secondary air injection use to be right by the abs module. It lookd like a natural fit. I just wish this pump had screw in fittings and nit these 1/4 push fittings. If anyone has a work around for this im all ears. I want to run the an4 braided lines down the road but havent decided on how ill start the lines from the pump without threads. I have a feeling ill redo this setup a few times until i feel its perfect for me.

Heres a few pics of what im considering, but I want a less obvious set up. Really bugs me with how much crap goes on in the engine bay. This is from a nitrous thread, but you get the point.

Very cool, I haven't been to Bragg but know lots of people from there.
Currently in Warner Robins which is south of Atlanta.

I have a Innovate LC-2 controller for my wideband, goes directly to the digital gauge.
It has multiple
Outputs though and I have been interested to know exactly what would happen if it were to be plugged into the BMP.

I wish I had more time and energy to devote to the B7 and really dig into my BMP.
After I set it up I haven't really touched it since :/

Well ya, its kinda ment to bet set up and left alone unless you want to adjust the "tuning "stuff on the software. I want to say look in the instructions and look at input 7 and 8 i want to say. Those are general inputs where i believe it says a wideband can come in. Ill try it put, but ill bet its only for data logging pr if you have the gauges pulled up on the computer. Know what eurodyne needs to add to this. A dual solenoid system so we can have a second boost setting like all the high end boost controllers have. Sorry thats out of left field. Happens when im up this late. Get all knds of great ideas lol

to shane or anyone else who is knowledgeable with the BMP+. i am currently working on a intercooler sprayer system which is activated via a boost preset or a button that will activate it for a given number of seconds. im only using a windshield washer pump for the system so its not a very high pressure system.

i was curious if the bmp+ is able to activate the windshield washer pump at a set boost level through the secondary pump output.

yes, it is able to control 2 solenoids and 2 pumps

you can run NOS, w/m, multiple w/m systems (intake/fmic/direct), 5th injector, whatever you'd like

Yes, there is a solenoid control wire for a secondary control, ill look at the diagram and get back to you.

James, after looking at the diagram, I was thinking about pins 7/8 gpi

Those are just for contact switches, so you ground that circuit and the controller can use that signal to do something (like pressing one button will raise boost, and the other will lower it)

The only way to control the washer pump, is to hook it into where your LPFP is run, and then create a duty cycle for it based off of the map sensor.
That is the easiest way, but you lose control of your LPFP (if you even wanted to use it)

Or you could hook the boost control circuit to a relay to enact a 12v circuit onto the washer pump based off of another map (if you can even create a map for that?)

If you can adjust the pressure in which that switches than yes, much much simpler.

thanks for the fast response!

unfortunately using the bmp to control seems more complicated then the simple pressure switch i picked up.
i would like to keep the lpfp option open in case my build ever needs it.

last questions can i attach a t-fitting out of my windshield washer tank one side goes to bmp meth pump other to windshield washer pump or would it not flow enough to adequately fuel both systems?

that would be ok, most people run it this way

Sorry for bringing this thread back from dead, but do any of you still have have by any chance a base/calibration file for the BMP controller? Mine is asking for one, I think I might have done something wrong and reset the controller somehow. I cannot use it anymore witouth one and eurodyne has jo support anymore for this product.

Thanks.
