Starting mid last year, we have increased our volume with APR dramatically. This made me investigate as to how this incredible growth has happened. After a few days looking at some numbers, talking to my employees, customers and guys at APR I have come to a conclusion I wanted to share with you guys.
Before doing that, as a forward person I have to declare a sales pitch is on the way ;)
A few reasons we believe you should consider purchasing APR Products:
1. The amount of R&D, engineering and attention to detail that goes into their products: Let's face it, a lot of companies manufacture parts. Some of them are also good at it. Every APR product is designed by engineers who has great knowledge and experience in their field. They take their time to create a design, go through the engineering process to eliminate any possible failure down the road. Parts are made to fit precisely. Every part is tested vigorously on the road, on the track before hits our shelves.
2. Fit and finish: With the exception of Golf mk6 gti stg3+ kit, we have installed every single product they have in their catalog. It is almost non-existent that we would call them for a product that does not fit. We see APR exhaust systems we installed 6-7 years ago still running rust free, sounding amazing.
3. Great customer support: We would call one of the guys at APR on a Saturday evening when they are closed and still be able to reach someone to answer our questions. Every email we send gets replied very quick, warranty if needed gets taken care of lightening fast. This by itself should be 50% of the decision making during purchasing process. Every consumer should take after sales support into consideration before buying a product.
