Ok. So I got the car detailed. Clay bar and then 2 coats of wax, complete interior cleaning and conditioning and went through every nook and cranny so I am really pleased. I drive home and pull out the Lamin-x precuts and read the instructions. Appears to be more than my abilities would allow so I drive to a trusted tint shop to see if they would install. Long story short, they were reluctant to do it and would not be able to until first of next week.

No go.
I drive home all the while praying that i don't get hit with the arrant sprinkler, car window washer etc to mess up my car. Get home and figure "how hard could it really be?" (famous last words). Pull the Lamin-x out and got to work. Na hour later, I am sweating like some sort of farm animal and the Lamin-X is balled up in my trash can. Lack of experience and, more importantly, patience just cost me $56 bucks.

On the bright side of things, I did take a few photos with the new camera of the car in it's clean condition.
