Did you powercoat the stock wheels to gloss black?

KW HAS Kit. This kit is Bomb. It is cheap, uses your stock struts and allows use of your electronic damper control. The ride quality wasn't really changed at all. Still comfortable and makes zero noise. Have had the setup for a little over a year, driven through blizzards and everything else. The car can go lower than the pictures, however this is where I liked it. This setup is right at 27" fender to ground with 20x10 +30 BBS CI-R with 275-30/20 Continental rubber all the way around. No rubbing at all. Also, no spacers.

I need some advice/to be pointed in right direction.

I have put 2,500mi on my (new to me) '12 B8 S5 4.2L. It has 33k miles total. It was STaSiS equipped with their suspension, sway bar, etc. I live in a semi rural town so there are definitely roads that are pretty harsh to drive on and unfortunately, along a few of my noraml routes and with the v8, im really not looking to add extra stops and distance on my drives...

I can really feel the reflectors in the road when I drive over them to change lanes. Small cracks in the road from tree roots, new asphalt, etc.. do the same and it almost feels like my rims take a beating (I have stock 19"x8.5). 034 mentioned coilover route or springs and shocks and I opted for springs and shocks. My plan: Bilstein B8 performance plus #29059-1 with #24-145992 for the rears along with HR Sport springs and ofcourse the 034 strut mounts.

My ride sits a good 2" lower than factory especially in the rear, says 034, and I love the stance. I attached a pic.

Thoughts? I want a good stance and i like how it sits now but I'm looking to somewhat sacrifice a little bit of that look for better clearance and ride comfortability while still feeling solid and more dampening over poorly maintained roads I may encounter.

    PIC:
