Same configuration as mine only I went with Panther Black. I figured on something a bit different from the RS4 which is Phantom. You'll love it...

New here as well and my dealer just got my order in today for a 2013 RS5. As it seems like many were ordering the car in Sepang, I decided to go just a touch more subtle than that and decided on Estoril Blue Crystal Effect, black sports seats w/alcantara, MMI, Sports Exhaust, Titanium Pkg, CF trim, power rear shade, front license plate holder (delete), Audi connect/iPod cable. Not sure how long the build will take at this point, but guessing March at best. Gonna be a long winter...

Best of luck with that! No matter how good the relationship is, I hope you agreed on a price first before handing over that security deposit. Pricing guide had come out for a month and every time I asked for an update they replied with "no updates yet", leading me to believe they were going to get me stuck & charge over msrp

Oh and, be sure that your car is in "factory order bank". I waited 2.5 months and stayed in IS order bank, another reason why I switched

Absolutely agreed on the price, and have not handed over a security deposit as of yet. I have lived in this town forever and when I say the relationship is close, it goes pretty much all the way up. I am not really worried, as I don't "need" the car, if they try to jack me, I will walk and go get something else. I don't get attached to cars anymore, just another depreciating asset.

The Avant is my baby, no USP, but a 2.7T 400AWHP daily driver...
Great for groceries ;p

Good day gents!

My name is Chris (M@X2S5) and a little over a week ago I picked up my "first real car" (per the Audi sales person)...lol. I picked up a 2010 S5 (with only 14k miles) that already has some decent mods add so I can't take credit for all of them. Unfortunately, the previous owner didn't take good care of the Vossen rims so I will be getting rim of them at some point. I just purchased a new camera too and will have some pick up soon. For now, I do have a nasty iphone pic as my avatar and the mods in my sig. So far, I love this car and can't wait to meet other owners in the area.

Welcome, Chris...and congrats! The AWE exhaust is a nice mod to have out of the way. Would not waste money on an ECU tune. H&R or ST coilovers would be on my shortlist for sure. Also check out the CV7. A member in this section runs them and they look best out of the Vossen line-up imo. Enjoy the forum

Remedy.Soul here! Just recently joined the forum, I've been a huge fan of the Audi brand for about 5 years now and have left my beloved Mercedes in the dust and switched brands.

I purchased a 2012 Q5 in July and my wife fell in love with the SUV. So I immediately turned around and ordered myself:

2013 S5 6 M/T Prestige
Estoril Blue w/blk & lunar silver alcantara
Navi MMI
B/O
Adv Key
Super charge badges
Stock wheels (plan to switch out later)

I didn't order the sports differential and I'm beginning to kick myself. Question - is it worth it?

Upcoming mods:
RS5 Grill (Does anyone know of an online site to purchase the 2013 RS5 honeycomb grill?) The factory wanted $2,500 to install so I passed.
30% tint
JL Audio speakers/amp custom fit (I'ma DJ - have to have my music)

When the vehicle arrives in the spring, I'll be sure to post pics.
