Wheel Alignment in the greater Seattle area suggestions.

Anyone from the greater Seattle area have any good recommendation on a wheel alignment shops? I have a B5 1.8t on H&R coils. I am leaning towards getting it done at Firestone because they have lifetime warranted alignment service. (Meaning they will correct my alignment for lifetime ownership of my car)

Found this in one of the other thread: Get in contact with Addict Motorsport Design (AMD) in Woodenville.

They can install, corner balance and laser align it for you and are Audi Performance Specialists.

I wouldn't go to Firestone, I had an AWD last time and they can't do much in terms of custom alignments. There is another place up in Ballard but I don't know what it is called.

Firestone is my choice for both my Audis...the only adjustment you do on a B5 chassis in the front is toe; there is no provision for front camber adjustment. The rear can be adjusted for both toe and camber. Can't beat a lifetime deal if you plan to keep the car or may be changing spring setups at some point in the future....

the lifetime is a good deal, but as far as getting them to do custom specs it's hit and miss. Most say they won't. Not to mention they do some bad jobs sometimes. I often brought it back for them to re-do it.

Try Tru-line, more expensive but they're quality.

Tru-Line is good, as is Omni Alignment in Kirkland.

Don't know if anyone has tried Fordahl Motorsports, or if it is even still around (web site looks old). Owner Greg was well known in the Porsche circles for his ability to do custom race prep suspensions. Went to his shop a few times with my lowly Mitsubishi and was stunned at the beautiful machines he was prepping for track events. Haven't been there or seen him personally in 10 years or so... so maybe he does other stuff now....
Might be worth looking into as he took suspension tuning and fabrication seriously back then...

hmmm...I'm not looking for any aggressive alignment, just enough that I'm not gonna get any severe wear on my new tires. I have heard of Truline, and originally was going to go with then decided lean towards Firestone because of their lifetime alignment service.

Achtuning. They will dial it in to your specs completely.

I asked for 2 degrees camber in the rear and toe as close to zero as possible.

I got 2.0 degrees camber in the rear and 0.00/0.01 degrees toe all the way around.

Dion and skyler always take care of me.

Bringing this back... Has anyone tried Speedware in Redmond for an alignment? I'm also looking for a place to do my alignment. Anybody know of shops that can do alignment on really low/slammed cars?

Try Achtuning. They do a fair share of lowered cars.

Achtuning has always done a great job, in all areas of service they provide. Easy guys to work with, and have gone out and beyond to provide great service. Price is reasonable.

Thread revival. I'm looking to get my V3's dialed in and height adjusted. I came across two that no one has mentioned yet. Group 2 and Fine Tuning Performance. Anyone with suggestions on where to go to get my V3's tuned? Thanks in advance.

Tru-line either in Seattle or Bellevue.
    Both are excellent.

Seems a bit high. Call AMD in Woodinville and see what they will quote you, I imagine it will be less.. They did my friends rs4 that has v3's on it and it rides phenomenally well. 425-424-2165

Thanks Peter, I was contemplating just waiting and having Jason do everything at the same time as my install...still waiting for a chance to get in the shop :(
