    I wish I had good news to report but I don't. On Saturday, I emailed Clay @ CTS Turbo (who I bought the turbos from) and RP Turbo telling them about the issue. No reply at all. Not that I expect them to hand over a new turbo but a reply would be nice. C'mon Clay, I've spent $2000 on your products.

    Clay is an extremely busy guy right now, send him another email, yours might have gotten buried in the inbox.

    2000 S4. Stage 2 6spd, APR Tune, 2.5" catless DP's to 3" vibrant ss exhaust, KW-V1 coilovers, 18x8 RPF1's and winters on stockers.

    busy is not an excuse for lacking customer service.. it's like companies that are searching for the next buyer because they made the sale...

    If it was a phone call and he got ignored after that, then I would agree. But in this case where it's a single e-mail that's easily buried in the inbox, I'd be loath to get upset about it right away.

    word... i'll give you that. I am sure that I am heard when i have vendor issues... just saying.
