Still not done for the day, but I replaced timing belt, water pump, idlers, installed cams, cam girdle, and rear timing chain.

Turned the motor over by hand probably half a dozen times, didn't hear anything hitting and all the aligning marks matched back up after turning it. Should be good to go.

Giving myself a big ol' Pat on the back late this evening (3am). My best bud came over and we wrenched on this thing all night. Started it, let it run up to temp, no issues so far.

Hopefully I'll get some sleep, throw the bumper on and take it for a whirl and find that my fueling problem is solved.

Was having some weird halting starts and checked the overnight battery voltage and it was sitting at 12.2 volts. So I swapped the wrong-sized AAA battery from the car's past life with a Napa AGM in the right size. Here's hoping the problem isn't actually with my starter. Haha.

Had my hood since 2012, with no issues. Mine channels the water so it doesn't fall directly over the CP's. Hopefully his is similar.

Finally did the JHM k04-r 93 octane tune and put my miro 111 wheels on car. I think its too hot out to really tell much of a difference but car feels good and smoother if that makes sense.

Changed the serpentine belt. Old belt didn’t have any cracks and I have no idea when it was last done, but looks like it could went another 10-15k miles maybe more.

New belt installed, car feels very slightly’ smoother on startup.

^ Looks good. Obviously the A4 was the lowest of all trims so it's not surprise certain styling aspects aren't going to be amazing but I wish they did anything more to the front bumper on the non s-lines.

Doing some poly bushings. ECS lowers and superpro uppers. Only problem, my adj UCA bushings are about 1.5mm smaller. Made a little more work for me, but managed to make an work. Gotta do the other side uppers today
