    Install Sub & Amp into 05 A6

So I am back.. cant find a thing.

I have 2 RE Audio SXX subs with a Hifonics 1600bxi amp in my basement collecting dust. I cannot figure out how to install it on the a6. Everything is optical and I don't know where to even start with the built in nav.

Does anyone have a aftermarket system installed on a 05+ A6? With built in nav & MMI? Guess most people don't install good sound systems in these cars. Bose subs just aint kickin it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    EDIT:
It would seem that I have no idea what I am talking about. Nevermind.

The 05+ is a C6 right? Take a look at this thread over on Audiworld, should have what you need.

You need an account to view the pictures though, as that is where all the text is.

Here is another thread, this one includes some wiring diagrams to help figure out which pins to tap. The combination of those 2 should get you up and running.

It looks like the adapter from MoBridge will set you back $500 or more. I would try the links I posted first, especially if all you want to do is add a sub.
