Impressions on the build: Overall I'm really happy with the car, I LOVE the body bits, I was very hesitant on the wheels but they grew on me big time, maybe something a little more subtle in the future but for now I love em. The exhaust is surprisingly quiet but there is a noticeable difference in sound with a little growl/burble upon start-up and on throttle, performance-wise the car feels a little lighter and more eager on the lower end so overall I'm happy with it. The suspension isn't as low as I'd like but it rides very smooth on horrible LA roads and it should settle a little more.

I wasn't a fan of the fog grills/front end when seeing the pics at first, but after seeing it on the road in person it's a serious eye catcher.

Yes sir, it was a non s-line bumper that the diffuser attaches to. The kit definitely needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated, just the right amount of menacing for my tastes.

I like it, don't love it. Painting those fog "slats" black would be a tremendous step in the right direction! The wheels are BAD and the 3pc spoiler isn't my taste. As you said, the drop isn't low enough to match the aggressive nature of the kit, but hopefully it settles lower. All things said, I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail that has gone into this build. I especially like the fact that it all happened so quickly, unlike many of us who take YEARS to build our cars without as much win as you have achieved in a week. Congrats!

As far as the black out lower grilles go, I decided to paint it body color first so I have the option of later wrapping it matte or gloss black if I like. As of right now I like it the way it is, I think on a white car it's a must to go black but on this color I think the fog slats look nice as is

Thanks, unique/different was definitely the goal with this one. As far as the stickers go, they will be on there since RTW is sponsoring my car. It normally isn't my thing but I support those who support me.

And Stubek regarding the speedholes I was thinking more along the lines of this

I don't know why but the front end treatment looks sort of General Motorsish to me. I.E. Pontiac/Opel Insignia -Buick Regal Sport, etc.

Agreed, blacking out the front fog light areas would likely help out/really helps out the look here!

I do enjoy the rear defuser however!

Also, I have noticed that body kits can have a tendency to appear dated often much faster than the otherwise classic apperarances of original lines.

We were observing a previous generation Mercedes E Class sedan on the road the other day with a full Lorinser body kit on it and it looked like c*ap.



As for RTW, I have had mostly great experiences with them in the past. I recently purhased my 19" Mich Pilot Supersports from them at a great price and they were the only ones in town that had them in stock.

But they sold me some cheap aftermarket lug caps which got stuck on my brand new wheels. They scratched one of my wheels in the process of attempting to install them and later couldn't get them off!!

They were honest and compensated me but they then they just completely banned my car from ever returning to their shop! I liked working with Rueben and Prentice, they are good guys but their Manager, I believe he miss read me.

I think a stock 3.2 gloss black grill with matching surround would look better than the ABT and I like the fog slats black too. But overall it looks great, love monsoon. good work sir.
