I highly doubt that it would seeing that 8.5 wide is already close to the edge. But it comes down to the look you're going for.

I scored 19x9.5 BBS LM reps for cheap locally even after finding little to no info online about running that size on a B5. They've been on my car for a few weeks now, all I did was roll the fenders. I raised my coilovers up a bit and I haven't yet tried to test the limits of the turning radius or how low I can go but so far it's a lot better than I thought. Had to make some sharp-ish turns a few times and no audible or visible wheel well rubbing yet, but again I haven't had the time to really dial it all in. I am running spacers and the wheels are sticking out further than I'd like, the front wheels are limited by the brake caliper but from what I've seen the B6 calipers allow for much more space. I don't think I have the same flexibility for the rears, they're limited by the vertical bar that bends over the rear wheel sorry don't know the name. My rears don't poke out too far though, and with some lower profile tires it should fit nicely. Also don't know what size tires I've got since I'm at work. I'll post some pictures when I get it all sorted out.

I'm looking at these exact rims for my Santorin. 235's thought.

How have these rims treated you? Still have them?

    Those look good and meaty!

I sold those wheels to a member awhile back and I want to say he was considering them in that color.

Any clearance issues? Looking to mount 18x9s myself soon but going to have to deal with some fitment issues to make the wheels work as they are ET52.
Tire size and choice is gonna be huge on top of spacers obv.

Does anybody that has KNPs know what tire size I should get? I want to get the 18/8.5 and I have the stock Avis’ on there right now with a pretty big tire maybe 3 inches tall. Just wondering what looks best and if they rub?

Advan GT Premiums, 18x8 et48 with 10mm spacers in front and 15mm in the rear. BC Coilovers. No fender modding, ect

Rear height is perfect but I need to bring the front down just a touch...

I personally don't like spacers and wouldn't want to run anything above a 35 offset on the B5 chassis.

Reviving the thread because I’m excited lol. Rotiform- DTM - 18x8.5 et35 - this is my winter setup so I put on Vredestein Wintrac Pro tires - 225/40/r18 - on Eibach coilovers. Have not measured FTG

Thank you very much, I’m overall pretty happy with my decision Was quite nervous. Wheels can make or break a car. Your wheels are the absolute pinnacle for this platform, in my humble opinion. Unfortunately they are also feeling like unobtainium now, been looking quite diligently. Looking for a set of 18 x 8.5” with the silver faces, hopefully something pops up before summer
