E-Code Availability?

I have the opportunity to have E-Codes paid for and installed on my car, but nobody seems to have them in stock!?! I've checked with some Audi dealerships and vendors already, but I have to wait until Jan/Feb. Is there somebody or some vendor out there that can get these in for me before the end of December? Please?

If you purchased within the next few days there is a high likelihood I can have these in before the end of the year to your location. The last delivery of the year in Europe that customer direct shipments will come out of arrives the 23rd and then there will be a wait until January, but you would want to order soon to get into that shipment.
