    Yeah. That's what I thought too. I mean, I shopped around for batteries before-hand and was looking at paying 150-200 bucks on the battery alone. I felt like paying $200 for an OEM battery and having it done "professionally" was too good to pass up.

    Got mine from the dealer, $108. Replaced the alternator belt and battery for $40 labor(I know the guy) lol took like tech like 20 minutes to do everything w/ coding. Try to find an Audi tech buddy! $200 installed at the dealer is not bad at all though.

    Nice! I wish I had an Audi tech buddy! lol. I have a BMW tech buddy, but he's not much help

    what's the part number on this, mt5-49-H8? Interstate told me to get the Mt5-940r-h7 (no VIN lookup)

    Edit: figured it out. The H7 was definitely undersized.

    I recently replaced my battery(low on cash, great move to do it on your own). I had the vag ready to go but it seems as though my audi automatically adapted to the new battery, been a couple weeks and no issues so far with no coding being done!
