    Suspension question

    Hi mates!

I need some feedback on my question.I have a B7 1.8t stage 1+ with OEM s-line lowering springs and non sport shocks (I know it is a mistake).I like to replace the shocks because the car seems a bit floating after 95.000 kms.I don't like to change the springs since they are perfect for the Greek road condition (-20mm from the standard suspension).Any suggestions about the shocks? I don't like to have a bumpy drive, but I like to upgrade my suspension a bit. What do you suggest? Bilstein B8 shocks or something else? I need something to cooperate with the OEM lowering springs.

    TIA

Why not the oem s-line shocks then? Should be plenty of people that upgraded suspension who'd be willing to let their old set go.

Another alternative would be either Koni or Bilstein! We have both available below!

thanks for the quick replies! Some people say that FSD 's are superior because they change the ride according to the driving style. Is it true? others believe that Bilstein 's are the best.I am confused.I don't want a bumpy ride and I like to maintain the current ride height.

+1 for Bilstein's if you're going aftermarket. If you're looking to save some money, OEM S-line shocks would work as well (noted above). Too bad you're in Greece, I have mine sitting in the garage. You should have no problem finding a used set.

I have the koni sport (yellow) and love them. adjusted them to 1/4 turn stiff and they perform great and the ride is comfortable.
