yup, just do it right once and you'll be happy. I have spacers and bolts for 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm. Only cost me about $210

Sorry, I use the 10/15 for winter wheels and 5/10 for summer. I got the 5mm BFI and the 10mm ECS w/bolts from two audizine members. The 15mm I bought (was like $100).

ha ha yeah winter is 17x7.5et47 (I think that is the right offset) and then summer is 18x9et52.
Going to try and squeeze 255/35-18's on my summer set this year. Might have to grind that nipple out of the front spools though. We'll see.

6 threads is the rule of thumb for lug bolts. Anything less you should upgrade to a larger bolt.

you are correct i just feel like people may get confused by '6 threads' and just line up the wheel with the spacer throw a lug bolt through it and count the threads which is not the most accurate thing to do

Indeed. Thanks for clarifying. In most cases one full rotation is about 1 thread. But to be 100% you should always go by the actual rotations not just simply counting threads.

Just get a longer stud kit, and you'll never have to worry about different sized bolts again.

I have 12mm and 15mm HR hub centric spacers plus longer bolts I want to part with. I got them from ECS and they made the 18" s-line wheels flush. I'm in Seattle too let me know if you're interested.
