    *** 034Motorsport 2.7T Billet Fuel Rail "Drop-In" Kit for S4/RS4 ***

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Here at 034Motorsport we've been producing 034EFI Billet 2.7T Fuel Rails for some time now. However, installation has largely been left to individual custom setups and such. In an effort to get more folks interested in upgrading to our billet fuel rails, we've compiled a complete "Bolt On" or "Drop In" kit that includes every hose clamp, o-ring, sealing washer, replacement fuel lines, replacement vacuum lines and check valve, and even a billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator adapter that allows the reuse of your stock FPR! This means a completely bolt on solution for both the S4, RS4, and A6 2.7T!

The kit is available as a conversion for the stock 2.7T manifolds, or it can be used as an alternative to the rare and expensive OEM RS4 fuel rail when converting to an RS4 intake manifold! We use these on a variety of vehicles, including our 1000+ horsepower GTi-RS 3.0L 30v V6, as well as my own personal vehicle.

We are offering Audizine members $75 off the kit and FREE SHIPPING as an introductory price for the first 5 kits sold!

    What's Included:
    - 034Motorsport 2.7T Fuel Rail Pair w/ Brackets
    - 034Motorsport Internal FPR Housing (or fittings for external adjustable FPR's)
    - Injector Mounting Hardware
    - Fuel Lines with clamps and -6AN Fittings
    - Replacement Diverter/Vacuum Lines (not pictured)
    - Replacement check valve for EVAP (not pictured)
    - All Necessary Hardware, Seals & Fittings

    Normal Price : $425 (S4 manifold), $385 (RS4 manifold) + shipping

034Motorsport's billet aluminum fuel rails for the 2.7T are CAD engineered and CNC machined to precise tolerances in order to ensure perfect injector and thread sealing. Brackets are available for short and tall injectors. Allows the use of OEM injector clips to keep injectors attached and sealed even with the rail unbolted from the intake manifold.

These rails will primary be aesthetic and while allowing more flexibility in the use of fuel gauges, fuel pressure regulators, etc. It also helps clean up the busy top of the intake manifold and allows you to replace and reposition the evap and fuel lines, leaving the engine bay looking cleaner and nicer. While the B5 community has seen the stock 2.7T fuel rail do over 600whp, that is not an excuse to assume there are no benefits to running a rail that can outflow any fuel pump you ever use!

However, please do not buy this product assuming you can just bolt it on and get instant additional horsepower. The stock fuel rail is probably not a bottleneck for most people. This is however pretty much the highest flowing fuel rail available on the market for the Audi 30v V6, and a great way to improve your engine bay, install an RS4 intake manifold, or guarantee you have the highest flowing fuel system possible with the flexibility of easily integrating -AN braided lines in the future!

-AN stainless steel braided lines can also be supplied for an additional cost, but this "Drop In" kit is designed to utilize your factory hardlines from the pump. Please contact me for special requests.

To Order: Contact me via PM, Email, or Phone and supply me with your full name, shipping address, and email address.

    Please Also Specify:
    - S4 or RS4 intake manifold
    - Raw Aluminum or Black Anodized (other custom colors available at additional cost)
    - What Injectors You Run (EV14, DEKA 60lb, etc)

We can also supply everything else required to convert to the RS4 intake manifold, such as adapters to utilize a silicone throttle body boot and aftermarket bipipes!

Note: This has only been tested for fitment on manual transmission cars...

I have been sitting on a set of 034 rails with -8 option fro almost a year, I went a different direction on my A6 build, but may use them on my FT'ed S4, do you have an option to sell just the lines and FPR as a kit
    I don't think I care anymore

Most definitely Mantis. Tried to PM you, your mailbox is full, but anyone is welcome to contact me with special requests. We can supply the lines without the rails, or supply the kit with complete AN fittings in place, or lots of other options.

I'd be willing to put together some 034Motorsport FP34 Inline Surge Tank (or dual 044 surge) + 2.7T Fuel Rail Drop In Kit packages as well!

However, that is a 034Motorsport Carbon Fiber RS4 Replica Y-Pipe; not a Loba.

Details on the dual surge? Or is it just two of the single inline surge tanks?

We've had the dual 044 pump surge tank for quite some time now. I'll take a picture of mine on Monday; it is powder coated and anodized. Wish I could do something with the 044's finish. Maybe they can be polished.

Oh yeah, I forgot I've seen that. I was hoping maybe I didn't have to make one, but that's not what I'm looking for. Thanks for the info.
