New on C6 platform, some issues with A6

Hello guys! Im not a new guy in Audizine, but I was under B5 section before with my S4 and RS4. Now I have C6 A6 Avant, it seems a nice car and really comfortable if you are comparing with B5 platform. My car is 10/2005 and have 3.0TDi engine with Quattro system ofcourse. The price was reaaaly good, it looks really smooth from inside and outside, that was the reason I bought this car. So all was looking good at the start, but now I have some issues already (I own the car for less than a week). First problem I was getting was the starting issue. I was shure that its just the old battery, but now I dont think so anymore. Car is starting good if the engine is cold (car is sitting outside for all night). But if it gets warm, then it feels like a battery is weak (nearly not starting the car). But I think its the starter motor problem, is it something common on these cars? And my steering fluid is dissapearing with 2-3 days, there must be some leak somewhere. Im going to service tomorrow I hope to lift up the car, but anybody had some issues with thatone also? Maybe there is some common place also, some hose I hope. Other than that, its a great car I think, runs smooth.

Little update about that starting issue. Ive found now, that if im holding the key on starter position then its going to start with no problems every time, problem is only when Im using this comfort starting (turn the key once), then the car is starting like it have a very weak battery or even not starting at all.
