Wouldn't matter. There is no real "dealer database" as people usually think of it. One dealer really has no records of what was done at another dealer, especially in a different state when a car was owned by a different owner.
I have a good friend who is service manager at a large dealership. "sometimes" there are snippets of info but usually the info is only on the system at a dealer where the work was done under the owners name.

I could pull warranty repair information, open recalls, etc. But as far as customer pay work - that stays with the dealer that does it.

That would be great. I thought my local Audi dealer said that could be done. Thanks for the clarification

Technically the dealer won't give you the records. I bought my car used and knew it had been sold and serviced by my local dealer. I went there and talked them into giving me the records (23 pages of them!) they were very concerned about releasing the previous owners personal info.

I told them I didn't want that info, to cut it off the pages or delete it. Once they looked at the records they realized there was no info from the previous owners on them and just printed them out and handed them to me...

No open recalls. Audi Care was used on this vehicle. 5k, 15k, 25k, 35k, and 45k maintenances were all performed on time. Besides a few test drives with no problem found and a PDI inspection I don't see anything else. Any other information you're looking for?

No, but there's a special insert typically with the owner's manual or in the spare tire well that lists all the options that were installed. It's basically the factory build sheet.
