Started the car this morning and sprayed my wife...

she was standing behind the car loading some shit in my trunk and i started my car up and the cars exhaust sprayed out a spotty, oily/carbon mixture on her legs and shoes.

kindve like when youre using a spray paint can and you get to the end and the paint is spitting out...it looked like that.

im APR Stg2+ and running catless...ive never noticed this before, is this normal or a sign of something going on?

Normal! That is just water coming out from a dirty pipe since the car had been sitting.

If you weren't running catless this would be less of a problem. The Cat burns off the remaining hydrocarbons and shit that come out of your engine. That sludge/oil/crap that shoots out is a result of you not having a cat. Water spraying out is normal. crap mixed with water is normal if you don't have a cat.

Noticed it for the very first time the other day. This has never happened in my garage. Hopefully it's normal, like you guys are saying. I got test pipe as well.

Yeah, it probably runs slightly rich, but thats only because my torque curve has me peaking up to 25 psi on a stock K03. Saw very small bursts of black smoke on the dyno, but nothing you can notice while driving normally.

it was very brief starts >30 seconds with long intervals between them. (AC was on in my shop, and it was hot out at the time)
