2003 A4 1.8T Quattro, Stage 3, 98k miles
Silver exterior, Black leather interior

The car is in great shape inside and out, has a few dings and scrapes from it bieng a daily driver. Very well taken cared of and maintained, I have owned the car for 3 1/2 years. Car just made 303AWHP and 291AWTQ on 22psi.

-Southbend Stage 3 clutch/ OEM flywheel
-Neuspeed Short shifter
-Upgraded power steering cooler
-Custom stainless steel exhaust

Suspension/Brakes:
-Stasis SS coilovers
-RS4 rear swaybar
-B5S4 front brake upgrade
-Stainless Steal brake lines all around

Interior:
Podi with boost gauge

Exterior:
-Ultrasport lower
-S4 single xenon healdlights
-Seibon OEM Carbon Fiber hood
-Decklid spoiler

Maintenance: All maintenance is up to date, done within the last year.
-Continental DWS tires, around 1,000 miles and a warrenty from Discount Tire
-Front and rear rotors and pads
-Brake flush
-Power Steering flush
-Coolant flush
-Tranny and diff fluid
-Fuel filter
-Primary o2 sensor
-Regular oil chages with either Castrol german syntec 0w-30, or Mobil one 0w-40

Could be forgeting a few thing but will update if anything comes to mind. Car is paid off and have the title in hand.

edit: thats assuming you sell to an enthusiast who knows the cost of all the additions you made to the vehicle.
