just something I've always wondered, how hard are these to get off the vehicle? Mine has holes in it from the license plate bracket, but I dont want to scratch the bumper getting the old one off

It's pretty simple, it just pops out! I would advise using a plastic trim puller for something like this to avoid scratching the paint.
