ok i know im gona get made fun of but i really dont care i been reading dead posts for the past hour and im fed up.

are there any plug and play led bulbs for the city lights for ecode headlights i bought a set off ebay and when i put them in they started flashing like a cop car, and i read about 100 diffrent threads that say new ones have built in resistors and then there was dead links to whwhere ppl bought them, if anyone knows where to get them please help me out i have a migrane from reading all these mixed answers

it's pretty fucking simple - if you want others to read your post and help you, make it easy for them. If I can't read your post because of poor grammar, lack of punctuation, or the fact that it's a page-long single paragraph, then I'm not going to bother helping, and I know a lot of the other older members like myself feel the same way. Everyone here learned how to write in school, so to not do so is pure laziness, and disrespectful of those from whom you are seeking help.

If you have trouble with the LEDs again you can get the standard incandescent ones at any Merc dealership as Audi USA doesn't equip those bulbs on any cars or at least didn't 2 years ago when I tried to get some for a local dealership for my ecodes. Good luck.

The ironic part about this is I had to reread what you posted to understand what you meant because of your run on sentence. I still don't fully understand what you're saying to be honest(not sure what the part after "what school is made for" is supposed to mean or why it's there). Poor communication leads to misunderstandings. Put the extra effort in(read as: don't be a lazy ass because moving a couple extra fingers a few more inches is NOTHING) and make your shit understandable. If you miss a comma or misspell something occasionally that's fine, but I shouldn't have to waste my time deciphering what you asked when I'M the one giving you advice.

Umm...last time I checked, school was "made" to allow people to learn how to properly develop grammar. People who read care about run on sentences. It does not matter if it is on an internet forum, a book, or a newspaper. Nobody likes to decipher poor, lazy writing.

I find it completely ridiculous on how crazy people get about grammar. studies have shown that if you know what should be there your mind makes up for the mistakes. So the fact that had the absence of punctuation in my post should not hold any weight on the content of which was included, all the information i was looking for was there for people to answer with. If i would have left it as an open ended question with not all the information then i would give anyone the right to say what they wanted because the information to give an answer would not have been there. So i say that if your education level is to where you cant understand what is being written unless it is in complete grammatical perfection I'm sorry, but when ever i read anything on a forum i try to use what information i was given to help people out, if i can. I don't use the internet to try to make myself feel better by trying to belittle someone for a dumb reason. Once again its a message board not a resume or a manuscript.


as for my location it has no relevance to that train wreck of a show on mtv, those people are not even from jersey and are the trash that come and infest my area every summer. they are from northern new jersey and new york,

The fact is that punctuation and grammar are very important parts of writing in order for people to understand it. Spelling isn't as much, but it always helps to spell correctly. Punctuation is meant to express patterns from speech in written word, such as pauses. And improper grammar makes sentence structure very poor. Personally, I hate it when people don't use correct punctuation and grammar. Not only does it make you sound like you never passed elementary english, but it's very hard to understand.

Yes, people can fill in the blanks with what's missing, but not always on the first read. And we're not here to correct your english paper. We shouldn't have to fill in the blanks at all. The reason why you claim punctuation and grammar is unnecessary is the exact reason why people want you to use it in the first place. WE DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO CORRECT YOUR POOR WRITING. It should be easy to read from the start.

how can you say spelling is less important than grammer? honest question so say i said i need resititor for my flux capicicator to be used in my frying timed machrend would you know what i was looking for? or if i wrote it in one big sentence but with no punctuation. hey guys im bulding a time machine out of a delorean and i been having issues tyring to find a part its been a real pain so if anyone has a resistor for a flux capacitor for my flying time machine it would be great thanks in advance i know finding rare parts can be a bitch you tell me which one is easier to understand. were not writing a thesis here most of us unless writing a how to, are usually frustrated in the middle of a problem so we come on here and jot a few garbled lines down hoping someone will get back to you soon with a correct answer, this is what these forums were made for, im willing to bet that 99 percent of the people here are all in the same boat and you can take your elitist attitude and join a forum on grammar cause im too busy to make sure that all my grammar is correct on a forum, and before you say well then im too busy to give u an answer, your obviously not if u have to time to troll the boards to make yourself feel better by pointing out the lack of correct grammar. and to be 100percent honest ive never had an issue with someones grammar i subconsciously just add pauses and breaks while i read unless i am trying to prof read something before sending out a report. i just honestly don't get why people get this upset about it look if it bothers you that much just click the back button and move on your way its that simple.

I only say spelling isn't as much because usually the spelling is close enough that you still know what word it is. Or if letters are out of order it really doesn't matter. As a whole the word still registers as the same. Big difference from intentionally misspelling to make it harder to read lol. But that's not the point. It doesn't take any more time to put in punctuation. Unless you're a terrible writer, and you have to go back through and proof read everything you write and then add in punctuation, it should just be natural to add it in as you type.

why would i give anyone advise on how to work on their car when they cant even type a god-damned sentence. Go back to the third grade, learn to write, then come and ask a question that people can read or understand.
