Do you have an SLine rear bumper? If not, you may need to upgrade the bumper or look for another option.
There's an A4 owner who put an RS5 Valence on his car. You can search over there for more info.

Like UmIsThisThingOn posted, check my WIP topic or my other DIY RS5 valence topic. It more or less clearly shows what you are up for to get the valence fitted. Basicly the valence fits, but you will have a groove on the left and right + you need to give it a bit extra contour in the bumper, at least that was what i did.
Keep in mind, most exhaust post (especially OEM) will not fit! For example when i mounted my s-line bumper with rs5 valence, my stock exhaust pipes were hitting the underside of the valence hole. So your new exhaust pot will need to have enough clearance to be mounted around 3-4cm higher then normally to be centered. So before you plan to go for the RS5 valence, you better to some research on the exhaust pots you will be planning to install!

*Note i had to jack up the exhaust pot to get the bumper on for testing.

The post about how i fixed the gaps etc...
EDIT: Keep in mind this was an A4 B8 avant and not an A5/S5. You might have spotted that black A5 with RS5 valence (and bumper i assume). Maybe you have more room to play around. You might want to compair the bumpers (RS5 versus A5) as there was a +-2cm difference in height on the non s-line versus s-line bumper if i recall.
