Hi guys - I'm hoping someone has already been down this path and can say whether it's possible or I'm wasting my time.

Background - 2004 S4 B6 which came out of the factory with RNS-D and Sat Radio. I hated the fact that the navigation was just tiny display and bought an RNS-E to replace the navigation and had to update the Sat tuner to a later firmware to get it to work. So far so good. Later added a bluetooth module behind the glove box.

Now I'm bored with fiddling with the MP3 cards and want to plug in an iPod but don't know if I'm so far off in the weeds now with upgrades that I can still do it. Don't want to try the FM radio ones as they generally suck. My wife has an iSimple in her Honda which is quite nice - even shows the track info and names.

So, anybody got suggestions or actually been down the same upgrade path as me with ideas/advice/gotchas? I looked at the iSimple for the Audi but it seems to be expecting the Symphony radio which I no longer have as a result of the RNS upgrade....

Oh and I have Bose, too....
