Is there any other way to install the lower seal on these FSI injectors?

It was snug on there and they shrank back down fine, I forget how he had spread them though

Necro bumping this thread, sorry. Been searching for this info, so I bit the bullet on a bently manual, but could use the specs for this weekend.... Looking for torque specs and pattern for the exhaust manifold to head studs and nuts, the 5 at the top came out with the studs when I removed the turbo. I have new studs and nuts, I know to use two other or old nuts jammed to install the stud, but what is the torque setting. Read somewhere it should be tightened from the rear to 15nm, then repeat until 20nm, but can't find the ref. Also what are the torque specs for the oil and coolant banjo bolts to the turbo and block? Any others I need to know for the turbo replacement?

    Thanks in advance!

Anyone still have the PDF file? Stasis has gone bye-bye.

I found a copy on this page. It's kinda pop-up heavy but the instructions are there at least. I scrolled down and clicked on a page preview.

Thanks for the link! It indeed is very pop up crazy. I apparently have 39 viruses on my iOS device. Lol
