i basically would like to know what upgrades i can get away with while under my 100,000 mile warranty.. if anyone can help that would be great thanks.

It depends on the dealership. Technically all 'mods' void it if they want to be dicks. Even a program. But lots of places are pretty cool about it, just read up on some reviews first about that one.

Mine has been in and out of two different audi dealer in the dfw area and they never had an issue with any of my mods. DV was installed with only 23k on the clock and I have had all the sch. maintenance done under warranty 30k,45k. No issue

Why no get OEM? I'm sure Audi couldn't have a problem with that.

When my stock DV broke, I brought my car in to fix it, since it's covered under warranty. (I have a one year manufacturer warranty left). I brought in my upgraded Piston DV that I bought and asked if they could just put this one in instead of the stock. They did, with no questions asked. All free of charge.

I may have just gotten lucky I suppose. Played dumb

Yeah, they should give you the piston style for free, but just make sure it is the RevD before it goes in because they told jim i think that it was a RevD but ended up being a diaphram style

Diverter Valve (2.0T, Updated "D" Version)

I had the Forge... while it's a great product its not better then the rev D.

Correct ^. See what they do if you put in K&N and upgrade something else like turbo inlet pipe. Those will let you know if they are dicks or not.

if you take your car in for work and they have a problem with the mod they have to have proof that the mod is what damaged your car.......if they can't prove it and refuse to fix it still take it up with audi usa and i bet the dealer will be calling you to bring the car back
