2001 Audi S4 has a Twin 1 and X-1 intake and 710N DVs and new NGK copper spark plugs and a MTM chip. Driving normal up to 4K then hesitates and wont want to keep climbing rpms. Any ideas? No codes on VAGcom.

Maybe a vacuum leak? Boost leak?

I second this. the TBB would be a good place to start.

Pure Motorsports is going to do a smoke test on Thursday. Just was wondering if someone else had a similar problem that wasn't a boost/vacuum leak.

No visible tears on TTB, they are going to remove it and inspect it more closely. The stock DVs were shot so they were replaced with 710Ns.

I had a messed up wire from the speed sensor on the trans and the car wouldn't rev past 5k. Obviously my speedo didn't work either so you'd notice that if this was your problem but I just figured I mention it.

Thanks, but my speedo works fine.

Problem solved. TBB had a tear where the clamp goes, so you won't notice it unless you removed it. Thanks to Pure Motorsports for all their help sorting my car out.
