    torn inner cv boot

    I was changing my oil today and noticed the inner cv boot torn at the one time use clamp, I've read that you can just a zip tie and fill it back up with grease my question is what kind of grease do I use and how long will this last I also what if I begin to hear clicking

    Use some high temp grease. If you hear clicking you probably need to replace bearing. Mine chewed up the spindle and I had to replace it. pain.

    I've heard clicking every so often I think when I turn the wheel all the way I note it next time and see when it does happen its usually a small click and doesn't always happen

    Get some CV joint grease from any parts store. A zip tie will work just fine.Clicky click
