DICE Issues

Anybody else have problems with their dice system (for cars with sat radio). When I get in my car sometimes it will say no sat radio available and I will have to unplug the dice box and plug it back in. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ive sold a few of these with no issues. Do you have the sat radio installed? Is it activated?

Yeah the sat radio is installed and active. It works most of the time but sometimes I have to unplug the 8 or 10 prong connector on the dice box. I plug it back in and everything is fine. I bought it from ECS a little while back.

You mean the car side connector not the iPod side right? Is it the DUO version or the older Dice version? i-AUDI/VW-SAT or DUO-103-AVW?

I'll have to look. I just got it a few months ago. Yes it is the car side not the iPod side though. I'll see if I can check the model number later today I'm still at work til later tonight. Thanks for the help.

I never sold that one on the web because it was only out for a few months and by the time we tested it on local cars they had discontinued it. Haven't really had any complaints with the 10 or so that we installed. I'll call dice on Monday and see if there's a software upgrade. I know there were a few versions. You may have gotten one of the first ones. I think you can get the SW version if you go on CD6.
