    Need a bit more info??

What year is the car, is it an auto or a manual, and does it turn over (starter engages and spins) or does it do nothing? Did you disconnect the battery to perform the work? Give us some more details and maybe we can figure it out. Thanks, Paul

Does that motor have camshaft sensors or a crank position sensor that might have gotten damaged when the belt flew?

Is it possible the fuel system lost prime? If there's a lot of air in the fuel lines, it will collect at the injectors and prevent them from pressurizing and the engine won't start at all. If you suspect this, crack the lines at the injectors and crank the engine that way until fuel starts to spray out. Stop, tighten, and crank.

Finally, why did the serpentine belt break? That is often indicative of another problem like a seized accessory. This could certainly prevent the car from starting. Will it start without the serpentine belt?
