Im new to this so i will do my best. I have searched around and i cant seem to find anything like my problem.
With the said here we go,
Ok, I have a 2.7 audi a6 2.7 chipped (apr) done at ap tuning. The day after i got it chipped i blew a turbo. I decided to replace both. After they were both replace i blew them again within 20 miles. Thank god they were under warranty and i got anther pair. Well needless to say they blew to. so i am now on my 3 rd pair of turbos that are working great execpt......I get no boost for 1st and 2nd gear, but in 3rd gear it boost to 24 lbs of pressure! i and the tech guys are not quite sure what is going on, im have the stock settings put on the ecu to check and see if that is the problem. The car is manual so i am just not sure if that would cause the problem. Any ideas. Turbos are new borg warners, all new hoses, New dv's.

You need to check wastegate actuation and N75. Unplugging the n75 is a start, that will give exactly the wastegate spring pressure. Not sure what that would be on a 2.7T. On a 1.8T it is about 3 psi, so probably somewhere around there seeing as the turbos are very similar.

So if it still overboosts with N75 electrically unplugged, you are either not getting boost pressure from the manifold to the actuators, or you are getting pressure and the wastegates are not opening.

    Other questions:
    - How do you blow up new BorgWarner turbo's in 20 miles?
    - Who are the "tech guys"?

This seems like an issue for your mechanic or whomever installed the turbos. If they aren't behaving correctly, it seems like an install issue.

    Good Luck.
^Don't listen to this guy, he's not even a mechanic.

This is the second garge. The first one blew due to old age i think (80k) the second pair were a aftermarket pair, this is the first set i put in that were borg warner (upgrade) They think the reason they blew was due to bearing failure.
