Maybe you should start your own build thread and keep updating it. Seems you have a lot going on.

Sorry man, didn't want to do a build thread because all of my issues are different and I want to give noobs something specific to search... If I did a build with my valve cover and suspension and other issues it would be too much, sorry to overload the forum I have been deployed for awhile...

This does not need a build thread but some updates after the install would be great

I'm such an idiot!!! I was going to get ready to pull off my rear wheels to change my rear strut mount becasue I have been having some rattling in the rear end and come to find out I looked up the rear shocks (Bilstein part number F4-BE5-B979-H1) and from what I can tell they are the HD's not the sports!!! So I have been riding on sport struts on the front and HD's in the rear. Guess I need to find me a cheap place to get some rear sport shocks.

How can you tell if you have sport struts?

Part numbers, I guess the sports Bilsteins are made for lowered cars, like mine are and the HD's are made for stock height. Looks like when I ordered them a few years ago I got sport fronts and HD rears not knowing the difference at the time.

Well got to the front engine mounts today and I have to say I feel absolutely no vibrations anymore while the car is at idle, it was hard to tell my car was on other than my exhaust... I also tried to do the trans mount but I am confused on a few things. I am waiting to hear some advice from my other post to see if I can get this thing installed. I hope in the next few weeks I can get my control arms in and then start getting the back suspension situated!

Finally got around to getting everything replaced and I have to say it feels better than ever! Replaced the Engine mounts, trans mount, and all front control arms. Went with 034 Street density on all the parts and I have to say I made the right choice!!! Car feels tight and new again. While I was at it I ordered a 034 HFC and TT Down pipe, due to my flex pipe breaking, and not only does my car handle great now it has a little more pep in its step. Great quality products and well worth the hard earned money! I also have to give credit to Nick (Stoner on this forum) he was the one that did the install for me and he did a great job at a great price. If anyone in Utah needs some work done, hit him up!

    Nice to hear back.

How did the HDs work out?

From my days researching the Bilsteins on my BMW HD and sport are the same damping.
They only differ in designed travel of internal piston for lowered cars.
Depending on how low u go they should be just fine.

They seen fine, they are in the back and it actually sits lower... I think they are great and the are the HD made for sport suspension and I don't the I am a ton lower.
